OVERVIEW

This Committee submits human resources policies to the Board for approval and sees to it that these policies are implemented. 

 
Mandate

• Study human resources management guidelines and strategies, such as compensation and manpower planning policies, and submit them to the Board.
• Examine the responsibilities of the members of senior management and ensure that succession planning mechanisms exist.
• Develop the expertise, competency and experience profile of directors and submit it to the Board for approval.

Composition
Independent directors.
