The responsibilities of the Human Resources and Organizational Development team primarily involve:

  • The institution’s approach to human resources management which is based on three management principles:
     Meritocracy, transparency and collaboration;
  • The development and management of human resources policies and programs;
  • Advisory services.


STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF TALENT
The Human Resources and Organizational Development team values action-oriented management that encourages employees to fully contribute to the Caisse’s business objectives. The team’s activities consist of:

  • Providing tools to employees by offering advice, a framework and training;
  • Building a stimulating work environment;
  • Offering employees challenges and opportunities for training, growth and development.


HIGH-CALIBRE EXPERTISE
The Human Resources and Organizational Development team covers five areas of expertise.

  • Human Resources Management
    Provides the heads of the Caisse’s teams with the advice, tools and services required to manage their employees. Offers employees an advisory role in the development of their career plan.
  • Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition
    Develops and implements human resources management programs such as those relating to management of employee performance, management of the institution’s new generation of employees, employee recognition as well as training and development. The team’s specialists coordinate all recruitment activities in order to attract the industry’s best resources.
  • Compensation Package
    Develops and implements compensation programs that respect the Caisse’s human resources management principles: meritocracy, transparency and collaboration. Experts also provide advice on compensation and employee benefits.
  • Payroll and Management Information
    In charge of payroll, management reports and maintaining employee files.
  • Optimization of Talent Development
    Implements an extensive program for the optimization of the Caisse’s human resources management, which is aimed at encouraging employees to make an optimal contribution to the the Caisse’s business objectives. The professionals also manage human resources policies and programs.
