Do you have any comments or complaints?
The Caisse’s goal is to ensure that effective communication channels exist between the public and the different parties involved within the institution. We therefore offer you the opportunity to send us your comments or even make a complaint, by filling in the required form.
Simply follow these 3 steps:
1. Click on Contact us.
2. Choose Complaints or Comments in the dropdown menu to identify the purpose of your request.
3. Complete all the necessary fields, then click on the Submit button.
