Luc Houle joined the Caisse’s Private Equity team in 1985. Since 2002, he has been responsible for the management and growth of a major portfolio of North American and European investments in the manufacturing, distribution and services sectors. He specializes primarily in leveraged buyouts, development capital and mezzanine financing.

Mr. Houle holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Université de Sherbrooke and is a member of the Caisse’s Private Equity Investment Committee.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of Bombardier Recreational Products. He has sat on several Board of Directors throughout the years, namely Transcontinental Inc., Héroux-Devtek and IPL. Mr. Houle also participates to various advisory committees such as Blackstone, Onex and Genstar Capital.
