At the Depositors’ Service

The Caisse’s orientations and activities revolve around the achievement of the objectives of its depositors, which are mainly Québec private and public pension funds and insurance plans.

The Caisse’s mission is to manage its depositors’ funds and it has the obligation to advise them with regard to their investments. These guidelines shape the way it defines its service offer, which is aimed at achieving a single goal: meeting the specific needs and expectations of each of its depositors.

The Caisse’s services, which are outlined in a service agreement established with each depositor, focus on three areas:

• Investment Advisory Services
  Development or review of the depositors’ investment policies.
• Fund Management
  Management of the depositors’ assets in accordance with their investment policy.
• Reporting
  Reporting to the depositors on its fund management results.
