Depositors Affairs

A Long-Standing Relationship Based on Confidence

The Caisse has had close collaborative ties with its depositors for many years. As of 2003, the signing of service agreements has enabled the Caisse’s service offer to effectively meet the specific needs of each of its clients.

Today, the Caisse and its depositors share a relationship which is truly based on mutual confidence, an acknowledgement of each party’s area of expertise and ongoing, open exchanges designed to achieve common objectives.

Well-Defined Roles
The Caisse is both an investment advisor and a fund manager on behalf of its depositors. For their part, the depositors are responsible for administering all relationships with the beneficiaries of the plans and funds, including collecting their contributors’ money and pay out retirement pension or insurance benefits.
