Scholarships to Promote Excellence

The Caisse supports succession and identifies the best talent. To encourage university students, particularly in the finance and economics departments, it sponsors a number of scholarships.

ESG-UQAM SCHOLARSHIPS
Exclusively offered to students pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree at the École des sciences de la gestion (ESG) of Université du Québec à Montréal in the following programs:

• Bachelor of Administration or Commerce, with a major in Finance;
• Bachelor of Economics, with majors in Economics and Finance;
• Graduate diploma in Finance or Derivatives;
• Master of Science in Applied Finance;
• Master of Economics;
• Master of Research, with a major in Finance;
• Doctorate in Administration or Commerce, with majors in Finance, Economics, Information Systems or Quantitative Methods Applied to Management.

ECONOMIC JOURNALISM
The Caisse sponsors a scholarship program for students in economic journalism at Université Laval (in French only). Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree specialized in Economics, Business Administration or a related field. They must also have at least one year of relevant professional experience or hold a certificate in journalism. A thorough knowledge of French and English is an integral part of the admission criteria.
