                    • Its team includes approximately 772 employees
                      (as at December 31, 2007).
                    • 82% of employees are university graduates, including 37% with post-graduate degrees.
                    • 125 professionals are Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) and 11 are Financial Risk Managers (FRM).

                    The Caisse recruits mainly:

                    • Portfolio managers and analysts in different investment sectors;
                    • Qualified professionals in actuarial science, econometrics, law, accounting, mathematics, communications, information technology, human resources management and other fields.
